With sadness and hope…

In Uncategorized on October 31, 2012 at 8:16 AM

Hurricane Sandy will enter the record books, the path of destruction she left behind, the lives disrupted, and the countless plans put on hold. Clean up has already begun and hopefully life will return to normal soon. Sadly it is very likely many will discover the flooding has caused extensive damage to their treasured mementos and keepsakes; those bits and pieces of their lives tucked away in boxes now floating in many basements. Restoration is possible but time is an enemy and slight delay’s will yield dreadful results.
It becomes gravely clear that hind sight is 20/20 when we look at what is lost. If your keepsakes are in danger do make time to attend to them. They are your legacy and will far outlast a flat screen TV.
The history of our lives are contained in the things we keep and treasure and our stories are priceless. We need to save them.
